Mamaraderie 2008
Mamaraderie 2008 will be the first annual event of its kind - a stylish day-long celebration of moms. Join us this year for a day of shopping at participating boutiques followed by an elegant cocktail reception, fashion show, trunk show and silent auction to benefit local mom of two, Robynn Goodell. In January 2008 Robynn was diagnosed with a very rare form of cancer and has since endured chemotherapy non-stop. Robynn is a model wife and mother of two children, ages 6 and 8. Her husband, Brian, left his job to care for their children and Robynn as she requires around the clock care. Our goal with this event is to share Robynn's story, raise awareness and funds to offset her family's financial burdens, allowing Robynn to focus on healing and beating cancer. Several local women owned businesses have partnered with Robynn's best friends to produce Mamaraderie 2008. Fashion show will feature twinsoup.com's Rachel Campbell, Good Day Sacramento's Stefanie Cruz, Robynn's 6 year old daughter Hailey Goodell, and other local haute mamas and cutie kids.
